Job summary

Hike Medical in San Francisco seeks a Head of Talent to architect recruiting from the ground up. You’ll partner with the founders to decide what to hire next, design interview processes, and attract top candidates across engineering, AI, product, manufacturing, and commercial functions.

This is a company-building role with high ownership. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting, shape org design and hiring philosophy, and scale the team as Hike Medical grows toward its ambitious bionics vision.

Qualifications

• You will own recruiting end-to-end for multiple functions.
• Experience building recruiting processes in high-growth tech environments.
• Ability to partner with founders on hiring priorities and org design.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide hiring across engineering, AI, product, GTM, operations, clinical, manufacturing, and leadership
• Partner with founders on hiring priorities, org design, and hiring plans based on milestones
• Lead executive and difficult searches
• Build sourcing strategies and structured interview processes that prioritize signal
• Build recruiting infrastructure, operations, training, and analytics
• Improve offer acceptance and candidate experience while maintaining an exceptional talent bar
• Make Hike a company exceptional people want to join
