Job summary

vibehackers is hiring a Head of Talent to lead end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and GTM roles at a small, high-bar team in San Francisco. You will define hiring processes, build recruiting operations and tooling, and partner with founders to shape role requirements and evaluation criteria.

You will source top technical and go-to-market talent through high-signal channels, screen for technical competence and product/market intuition, and help onboard new hires while shaping

Qualifications

• Experience hiring engineering, product, and GTM roles.
• Comfortable evaluating portfolios, projects, and resumes.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to candidates.
• Highly organized with multiple role pipelines.
• Strong instincts for talent quality and setting a high bar.
• Startup environment experience and independence in fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting lifecycle for engineering, product, and GTM roles.
• Build and optimize recruiting ops and tooling; automate workflows.
• Partner with founders and team leads to define roles and interview processes.
• Source candidates through high-signal and unconventional channels.
• Screen candidates for technical competence and product/market intuition.
• Support onboarding and new hire ramp; influence performance reviews and leveling.
