• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech.
• Experience recruiting for Go-to-Market and/or G&A functions.
• Strong sourcing to engage passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with multi-search management.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Go-to-Market and/or G&A functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Manage offer negotiations and help close candidates in competitive markets.
• Provide market insights and recruiting expertise to business leaders.
• Track recruiting performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the company's mission, culture, and growth story.
