Job summary

Launch Potato, the discovery and conversion company, is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own senior and hard-to-fill searches. This remote-first role reports to the SVP of Talent and focuses on affiliate and performance marketing hires.

You’ll run end-to-end searches, build pipelines ahead of demand, shape the recruiting playbook, and lead the Recruiting Ops Manager. Expect fast pacing, impact, and close collaboration with hiring managers across brands.

Qualifications

• Intimate knowledge of an affiliate or performance marketing business, or a track record recruiting and building performance marketing teams (paid media, yield, CRO, data science).
• Full-cycle ownership: you run searches first touch to close, solo, across concurrent searches, and senior leaders trust your read.

Responsibilities

• Own senior and hard-to-fill searches from intake through close.
• Pipeline built ahead of demand, so when a req opens you already know who to call.
• The recruiting playbook: scorecard floors per req, pre-screen rubrics, interview design.
• Direction and growth for our Recruiting Ops Manager.
• The reporting layer leadership uses to see search status and forecast stalls.
