• Intimate knowledge of an affiliate or performance marketing business or track record recruiting and building performance marketing teams.
• Full-cycle ownership of searches from intake to close, independently.
• Sourcing engine you built yourself: inbound/outbound, with a repeatable framework and automation.
• Outreach that converts with measurable results and speed.
• Ability to defend calls and read without bias.

Responsibilities

• Own senior and hard-to-fill searches from intake through close.
• Build pipeline ahead of demand so a req has candidates ready.
• Develop recruiting playbook: scorecard floors, pre-screen rubrics, interview design.
• Direction and growth for Recruiting Ops Manager.
• Reporting to leadership on status and forecast stalls.
