You will drive category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and own financial performance for commercialization initiatives in a highly matrixed organization. The role requires a strong background in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and cross-functional leadership with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in engineering or related field.
• Strong supplier cost negotiations and contracting experience.
• Experience implementing digital solutions to optimize results.
• UP TO 20% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sourcing professionals to meet commercial objectives.
• Define the sourcing operating model and category strategies.
• Drive cost improvements, PPV and inflation management, and supplier partnerships.
