Job summary

Johnson & Johnson RAD (Robotics and Digital) is seeking a Product Manager, Supply Chain – OTTAVA, for our Santa Clara, CA location. The Product Manager is the end-to-end owner of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Lifecycle Management for one or more subsystems within the OTTAVA robotic surgical platform.

Serving as the voice of Supply Chain for assigned subsystems, this role develops and delivers integrated sourcing, manufacturing, cost, and lifecycle strategies while driving resolution of

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing or related field (master’s preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, product or program management.
• Leading cross-functional initiatives in product development and operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Aim to be the voice of Supply Chain and Manufacturing for assigned OTTAVA subsystems.
• Develop and maintain subsystem roadmaps for cost, sourcing, manufacturing, capacity, quality, and lifecycle management.
• Lead lifecycle management activities including obsolescence planning and product changes.
• Track and drive resolution of material, process, equipment, supplier, and quality issues.
• Lead cross-functional task forces to address business challenges and risks.
• Drive alignment across Procurement, Supplier Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Service and PM teams.
• Ensure subsystem readiness and long-term performance throughout product lifecycle.
