Job summary

RoslinCT is seeking a seasoned Head of Supply Chain Planning & Logistics in Hopkinton, MA, to lead sourcing, planning, warehousing, and logistics for uninterrupted supply to clients. You will drive end-to-end materials and product flow, aligning with cross-functional teams and site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12+ years in pharma/healthcare, or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with concise client communication.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and projects.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with GMP and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain and Operations organization and manage day-to-day operations.
• Develop robust, cost-effective manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and sales/operations planning processes.
• Oversee material inbound, outbound shipments, and inventory controls.
• Maintain site inventory strategy; ensure compliance with cGMP and safety.
• Collaborate with PM, Manufacturing, QA/QC to align production schedules.
• Provide staff training on skills-based, cGMP and safety requirements.
• Participate in regulatory audits and client project meetings.
• Measure and report supply KPI trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as ERP system business process owner and drive process improvements.
