Job summary

RoslinCT in Hopkinton, MA, seeks a hands-on Head of Continuous Improvement and Performance Optimization to drive a Lean Manufacturing Production System across functions, building self-optimizing processes and leaders.

You will lead DMAIC projects, deploy strategy, analyze data for root causes, train Green/Yellow Belts, and foster a culture of excellence with standardized work and KPI governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, operations, or business (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years working in OE or a continuous improvement business system.
• Demonstrated track record implementing continuous improvement in a functionally agnostic environment.
• Proven ability to deliver year-over-year results using data-based problem solving.
• Experience developing, training, and coaching international teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a heavily matrixed organization.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to influence and lead change.
• Six Sigma certification (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact cross-functional projects using the DMAIC framework to solve complex business problems.
• Strategy Deployment: align continuous improvement projects with overall business goals.
• Data-Driven Analysis: analyze operational data to identify root causes and validate improvements.
• Training & Coaching: facilitate workshops and mentor Green/Yellow Belts to build Lean capability.
• Culture Transformation: standardize processes and sustain improvements through control plans.
• Performance Metrics: develop and track KPIs to monitor process performance and report to leadership.
• Drive RoslinCT Production System principles across functions for accountability and speed of action.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations with cross-functional partners.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field

8+ years working in OE or a continuous improvement business system

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
