You will drive SIOP, optimize inventory turns, and lead a diverse team to improve throughput and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP processes and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead, train, and motivate production schedulers and material planners.
• Develop and execute production schedules and master production planning.
• Oversee materials planning and ensure inventory controls and KPI targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, logistics, and finance.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement technology solutions.
• Develop metrics and dashboards using BI tools, present findings to management.
