Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking an experienced production planning and materials management leader to oversee scheduling, materials planning, and supplier coordination across multiple facilities. You will drive KPI performance, optimize planning processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in supply chain leadership, and strong ERP/AX proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in supply chain roles (5+ years).
• Proficiency in ERP software; Microsoft AX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate teams of production schedulers and material planners.
• Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and maximize efficiency.
• Support SIOP process through master production scheduling.
