Job summary

Par Health is seeking an Executive Director of Supply Chain to shape the strategy and manage daily supply chain operations for ~200 products. You will drive inventory control, service levels, and distribution costs while coordinating with R&D, Commercial, Quality, IT and Finance.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, implementing IBP processes, and optimizing supplier performance with Lean practices to improve cash flow and service worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8–10 years in logistics/supply chain with 5+ years in management.
• ERP/IBP familiarity and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and manage daily supply chain activities across products.
• Lead inventory management, service levels, and distribution costs.
• Oversee external manufacturing and logistics planning.
