Job summary

Ledgend Group in New York seeks a Senior Structured Finance Banker to lead deal execution—from sourcing and cash flow modeling to client presentations and closing. You will arrange complex financing such as ABS, MBS, and CLOs for CRE, infrastructure, or esoteric assets, while managing investor and lender relationships.

You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across a fast-growing firm; role can be remote.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deal execution in structured finance.
• Strong cash flow modeling and asset performance analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel and third-party modeling systems.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Deal Origination & Execution: source financing opportunities and manage end-to-end closing.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis: develop cash flow models for structured products (CDOs, CLOs, ABS).
• Client & Stakeholder Management: build relationships with clients, issuers, investors, and rating agencies.
• Documentation & Compliance: review term sheets and ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
• Reporting & Presentations: prepare materials for senior management and investment committees.
• Mentorship: guide and develop junior analysts.
