Job summary

EY is seeking a Structured Finance professional in New York to lead securitization advisory efforts within the Financial Services Organization. You will oversee engagement teams, manage risk, and drive high-quality client deliverables across ABS, CMBS, RMBS, and CLO projects.

You will work in a hybrid environment, travel as needed, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior consultants and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~5 years of related work experience; MBA/MS preferred
• Excellent prioritization skills and a commitment to meeting client deadlines
• Strong communication skills for report writing, client presentations and client interactions
• Proficient skills with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated project management, teaming, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines
• Ideally, prior structured finance experience
