• Strong live presenting and storytelling capabilities.
• Gen Z cultural fluency and branding experience in drinks/CPG.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy across brand, design and innovation for clients.
• Own high-impact work representing ~20% of agency revenue: innovation, white space, territory building and client roadmapping.
• Moderate workshops, lead pitches, and present live with a human storytelling approach.
• Mentor an associate strategy director and contribute to practice growth.
• Report to the CEO within a close-knit senior leadership team.
