Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd in New York is seeking a Designer with 3–6 years in branding or packaging studios. You will develop and execute design and illustration for food and beverage projects, placing packaging at the center from concept to delivery.

With a CP G-heavy portfolio and drinks/food focus, you think in brand context, present work confidently, and bring personality to client discussions. The role reports to creative leadership and works within a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a branding or packaging-focused studio in or around New York
• CPG-heavy portfolio with packaging at its centre – drinks and food work is essential
• Move beyond pure execution: think in brand context, present work with confidence, and bring personality to client rooms

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design and illustration across food and beverage projects from concept through completion, with packaging front and centre
• Take a brief and run with it, generating visual explorations and translating brand context into work that ships
• Contribute to client presentations with strong visuals and clear thinking; build strategic awareness as scope expands
