Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead the National Account Solutions program management organization, accountable for service delivery, customer satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth across Amerit’s largest accounts.

The Director will translate customer needs into scalable, innovative service programs while building a world-class PM team that consistently exceeds SLAs and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive program/project management experience in fleet maintenance, logistics, or field services.
• 8+ years directly managing managers and leading teams of 6+.
• Demonstrated success owning customer relationships and P&L for accounts >$25M annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of 6–8 program management professionals.
• Establish clear OKRs, career development plans, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Design, launch, and optimize tailored service delivery programs for national accounts.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of multi-million-dollar initiatives from scoping through value realization.
• Lead executive-level client reviews with data-driven presentations to diagnose performance and expand opportunities.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and partner with Sales to convert them into revenue.
• Leverage analytics tools to create real-time visibility into KPIs and customer health.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and automation to reduce cost-to-serve while improving service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and HR to align priorities and resources.
