Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience in fleet management, logistics, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of end-to-end project delivery, including presenting results to senior executives.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Six Sigma/Lean techniques, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to innovate, optimize processes, and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer relationships and develop complex deliverables.
• Handle tactical quick-turn projects and drive high-impact initiatives.
• Advise senior managers and directors, mentoring team members.
• Design and implement service delivery programs tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Manage lifecycle of complex initiatives and negotiate resources as needed.
• Drive improvements balancing customer satisfaction with operational efficiency.
