Associa, a leading manager of community associations in North America, seeks a Vice President, Strategic Portfolio Management to lead the enterprise portfolio function. You will build the operating model, governance, and team, and serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Strategy Officer and executive leadership on portfolio composition and strategy execution.

You will shape the annual and multi-year planning cycles, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic priorities.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in strategic portfolio management or equivalent
• Proven track record building or maturing an enterprise portfolio function
• Experience advising C-level executives and boards
• Experience designing governance or investment-decision processes
• Strong financial and commercial acumen including business-case evaluation

Responsabilidades

• Lead and build the strategic portfolio management function including operating model and governance
• Advise executive leadership on portfolio composition, risk, and investments
• Shape annual and multi-year strategic planning and investment cycles
• Oversee enterprise portfolio across intake to benefits realization
• Chair portfolio reviews and ensure decision-ready analytics for governance bodies
• Manage dependencies, resources, and portfolio-level risks
• Report on portfolio health, risks, and realized benefits to executives and board
