Job summary

Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is seeking a Head of Partnerships for AMER to lead partner strategy and sales across the region. This remote-friendly role will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Services to drive pipeline, revenue, and customer success through strategic partnerships.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing partner team, manage key alliance programs, and align across GTM functions to scale partner-driven growth in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined experience in alliance management or partner sales.
• 4+ years coaching and leading people in fast-paced environments.
• Proven history scaling partnerships between SI partners and software/SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing partner sales team to execute regional partner plans.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic consulting partners to expand coverage.
• Drive pipeline generation via joint account planning and co-marketing.
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, CS, Marketing and Readiness teams to accelerate deals.
• Enable internal teams on partner capabilities and engagement strategies.
• Monitor partner health through certifications, adoption, and performance.
• Align stakeholders through territory planning and executive collaboration with AMERS Sales Leadership.
