Jamco Interiors in Everett, WA seeks a Director of Strategic Finance & FP&A to partner with the CFO and leadership team. You will drive strategic planning, financial modeling, and decision support across functions including Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong accounting expertise, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable financial capabilities. Excellent collaboration across teams is essential for measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• Generally 12+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A/controllership leadership.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, long-range plan, and scenario analysis.
• Build integrated financial models covering revenue, margins, cash flow, working capital, headcount, capex, and growth.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives and negotiations.
• Partner with operations, sales, and program management to improve financial visibility and decision-making.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews, develop dashboards, and ensure GAAP compliance.
