Job summary

Precinmac LP in Westfield, MA seeks a Director of Finance to lead site FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will deliver actionable insights, oversee financial oversight, and partner with senior leaders to drive performance.

The role requires 8+ years in finance within manufacturing, strong modeling, ASC 606 knowledge, and a proactive leadership style to mentor a growing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A or operational finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced knowledge of ASC 606 Percentage of Completion revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial business partner to cross-functional teams, supporting operations, supply chain, and business development.
• Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range strategic planning with BU leaders and senior management.
• Provide detailed variance analysis on revenue, margins and spending with actionable recommendations.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting packages and operating reviews for senior management and the Board.
• Drive enhancements to financial systems, reporting tools, and processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Build and lead a high-performing Finance team and foster collaboration.
• Evaluate financial and strategic impact of contracts and investments; develop ROI analyses.
