Job summary

Jamco America Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Controller to strengthen financial reporting, analysis, and the quality of financial information across the business.

You will report to the Senior Controller and lead critical reviews, drive improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams in an aerospace engineering environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Generally 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with standard costing, inventory, and manufacturing accounting in aerospace/engineered products.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accurate reporting.
• Coordinate close deliverables across Accounting and Finance leadership.
• Review financial results, variances, and estimates for accuracy.
• Drive process improvements in costing, inventory, and controls.
