Job summary

You will partner with Architecture, Governance, Analytics, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, build a business support team, define data standards, and drive adoption of trusted data across the organization in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data management, governance, MDM, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years defining business data standards, ownership, or governance practices.
• 3+ years building and leading teams or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SSOT strategy, vision, roadmap, operating model, and adoption.
• Define and standardize business data, canonical requirements, and source-of-truth expectations.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor professionals supporting data standards and stakeholder enablement.
• Partner with Architecture, Data Governance, MDM, Reporting, Analytics, and Operations to implement data requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities.
