Job summary

MassMutual is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to define scope, analyze requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions within the Investment Management Technology space.

You will lead complex projects, collaborate with business and IT teams, and ensure solutions align with strategic IT standards while fostering effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7 years of experience with designing and implementing complex solutions.
• 5 years of investment management experience with an understanding of systems and data management.
• 5 year of experience with investment management systems (front to back office)

Responsibilities

• Define business and/or systems scope based on user needs and industry requirements.
• Lead complex projects and act as team leader.
• Analyze business processes, data, and rules; translate into system requirements.
• Support strategic investment initiatives and ensure alignment with IT strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organization levels.
