Digital Federal Credit Union is seeking a Manager, SRE & Cloud Engineering in Massachusetts to lead Cloud Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering teams, driving reliability, observability, and automation. You will design scalable infrastructure across public clouds, promote IaC adoption, and manage incident response while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field, or 4 extra years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in tech operations, infra, cloud architecture, or SRE with leadership.
• Proven ability to scale high-performing teams across distributed locations.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, IaC, containers, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong knowledge of SRE, observability tooling, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of SRE and Cloud Engineers.
• Define and track reliability metrics (SLIs/SLOs) across services.
• Influence system design for scalability, resilience and observability.
• Manage day-to-day workload and priorities for the team.
