Saviynt is seeking a strategic leader to head a high-performing Solutions Engineering team, shaping how customers understand and adopt our AI-powered identity security platform. You will drive pre-sales excellence, oversee live demos and POCs, and collaborate with Sales to win complex security contracts.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of experience in Cloud Security or IAM with senior leadership track record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Certifications such as ISACA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Security Engineer are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop a high-performing Solutions Engineering team, fostering technical expertise and customer advocacy.
• Drive the technical strategy for pre-sales engagements tailored to identity governance and cloud security.
• Oversee creation and delivery of product demonstrations and POCs.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Account Executives to identify opportunities and develop technical strategies.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy by gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with Product Management and Marketing.
• Develop technical content to establish Saviynt as a thought leader in identity security.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success and Professional Services.
