• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in design, implementation, or consulting with distributed apps or cloud tech.
• 3+ years of people-management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience with cloud architecture and messaging domains (CPaaS, email, marketing tech).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a worldwide team of Specialist SAs; manage hiring and development.
• Define and execute the CDS GTM strategy; launch adoption programs and drive revenue.
• Set the technical bar for engagements: reviews, proofs of concept, migrations, enablement.
• Leverage AI and data to build scalable playbooks and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Teams, and Business Ops.
• Represent customer needs in roadmaps and drive feature requests.
• Shape CDS vision for conversational AI and AI-driven workflows across channels.
• Build operating rhythm with adoption metrics and leadership-visible impact.
