Job summary

UGE International is seeking a Director of Development to lead the Development Department, guide interconnection and project developers, and drive solar/storage projects from assessment to NTP. You will supervise budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning while coordinating with M&A and other functions.

The role requires a strong leadership track record, a technical or engineering background, and the ability to manage a semi-remote team across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred; engineering background strong.
• Proven leadership of development teams and multi-project oversight.
• Experience with interconnection processes, permitting, and financing diligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development department and lead a team to NTP and financings.
• Set roadmap, budget, forecasting, and strategic planning for projects.
• Collaborate with M&A and other functions to integrate new assets.
