Hook is seeking a Social Media Lead to own its voice across platforms, developing content strategy, and managing complex campaigns with agencies, influencers, and artist partners. You’ll ensure posts are well‑drafted and on‑brand.

You’ll lead influencer programs, partnerships, and community management while shaping growth metrics and reporting to prove the impact of social initiatives at Hook.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in social media with strategy and execution experience.
• Exceptional copywriter with a distinctive voice for multiple platforms.
• Fluent in music culture and internet trends.
• Experience managing influencer/creator programs and agencies.
• Experience running community management and growth campaigns.
• Strong project management across internal teams and partners.
• Comfort reading platform data and linking it to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own social content strategy end to end and build an editorial calendar.
• Write sharp, culturally fluent copy for TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.
• Lead influencer/creator programs and creator briefs.
• Drive artist and label partnerships for social campaigns.
• Manage external agencies for content creation, media buying and briefs.
• Support influencer campaigns and allocate budget with analytics.
• Oversee community management, DMs, comments and trends.
• Plan integrated campaigns around product launches and marketing beats.
• Define success metrics and report growth, engagement, and conversion.
• Provide creative feedback and maintain Hook’s voice.
