Qualifications

• Proven ownership of creator and affiliate programmes.
• Experience scaling consumer brands through creators and short-form content.
• Strong commercial understanding of channel economics.
• Experience with LIVE commerce is highly valuable.
• Comfortable working closely with paid media teams and using creator content in performance marketing.
• Builder mentality with high agency and no finished playbook.

Responsibilities

• Build the creator engine: recruitment, onboarding, briefing, incentives and performance tracking.
• Define and optimize the creator/affiliate ecosystem and content strategy across platforms.
• Lead merchandising, offers and product strategy within social commerce.
• Manage paid amplification into TikTok and Meta; optimise profitability and costs.
• Shape operating model and team as channel grows; collaborate with leadership.
