Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. is seeking a social-first, creator-savvy marketer to lead organic social, creator commerce, and community growth. You will craft content, manage day-to-day channel execution, and grow affiliate programs across TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, ShopMy, LTK, and Pinterest.

This role blends creative production with data-driven optimization to drive revenue. The ideal candidate thrives in a fashion/beauty/DTC environment, is comfortable on camera, edits with Adobe Creative Cloud or

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media management, creator commerce, or influencer/affiliate marketing for fashion/beauty/DTC brand.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping Affiliate, ShopMy, LTK, and/or Pinterest Shopping.
• Proven ability to create compelling organic content on each platform.
• Comfortable on camera and willing to appear in supplemental content; experience supporting founder content is a plus.
• Hands-on editing experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through affiliate and creator programs.
• Strong understanding of the women’s contemporary fashion/ apparel creator landscape.
• Analytical mindset: interpret performance data and translate into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director to manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Supplement on-camera content by appearing in organic social content as needed.
• Assist founders with content concepts and execution for on-camera presence across platforms.
• Plan and execute social-first photoshoots and support content capture during brand shoots.
• Produce and edit photo, video, and motion assets using Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
