Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Our SMB Hunter Sales Manager will build and lead a team of Account Executives, driving new client acquisition and revenue growth across small and medium, high-growth tech-forward companies in the Chicago area.

You will recruit, develop, and manage top performers, partner with executives to shape strategy, and maintain enduring relationships up to C-level while guiding pipeline and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience in technology sales
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience leading sales in an early stage, high-growth technology environment
• Ability to hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team
• Ability to build relationships with strategic client and industry thought leaders
• Demonstrated passion for start-ups and new technology businesses

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of Account Executives focusing on SMB and high-growth tech firms
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term team vision and strategy
• Increase revenue and new client acquisition with strong growth metrics
• Coach team in consultative and solution-based sales
• Build and maintain relationships up to C-level
• Improve pipeline generation and overall field efficiency
