Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a visionary Technical Services leader to drive Digital Smart Building Programs for key clients. You will oversee the development and application of emerging technologies, lead a BOS IoT team, and partner with executives to shape strategic asset management.

Hybrid role across U.S. sites with up to 25% travel. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will deliver high-impact program health summaries and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related field; or 10+ years with technical certifications.
• 10+ years in Network/Controls engineering and cyber-security; facilities (MEP) operations management.
• Leadership experience managing a multi-regional BOS IoT program and change management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas concisely.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOS IoT program teams and drive strategy for BOS and IoT systems.
• Oversee BMS connectivity, monitoring, and control across client networks.
• Develop operational support model and security compliance for BOS and IoT assets.
• Design, develop, and implement FDD solutions for energy efficiency and maintenance.
• Provide client relationship management and executive-level program reporting.
• Coordinate labs, sustainability operations, business continuity, and life cycle asset management.
