• Guide integrated process and systems roadmaps with capability owners.
• Gather requirements, prioritize, and translate into integrated solutions.
• Use metrics and data to drive adoption and cross-functional decisions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement for cross-system issues.
• Represent Regional Operations in governance and cross-functional forums.
