Valor Front, a well‑capitalized AI cloud and data center developer, seeks a Head of Site Acquisition to lead a team of 6–10 and own end‑to‑end siting from sourcing to lease execution across U.S. markets.

The role demands hands‑on leadership with a track record of sourcing and closing land options, ground leases, PSAs, and JVs, building a scalable sourcing model and deal bar for gigawatt‑scale growth.

Competenze

• 8+ years of real estate experience focused on data centers.
• Experience leading a land or site acquisition team.
• Proven ability to originate and close deals.
• Strong broker, landowner, and developer network across U.S. markets.
• Ability to manage multiple live threads and maintain deal terms.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the site acquisition team and set targets.
• Run pipeline reviews and ensure assigned ownership for all live sites.
• Build direct origination coverage across brokers and landowners.
• Personally own the largest negotiations from first conversation to signature.
• Lead front-of-meter and behind-the-meter siting under one function.
• Hand over sites to pre-construction with diligence closed.
