The role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage a growing team. Candidates should have over 8 years of real estate experience in data centers and be willing to travel. This position offers a competitive salary of $260,000 to $360,000 and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in real estate with a data center focus.
• Proven track record acquiring hyperscale sites & closing complex powered-land deals.
• Experience structuring JV, lease, and development agreements.
• Willingness to travel 20%+.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and secure data center sites.
• Lead negotiations with landowners and developers.
• Structure leases and financeable deal models.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Mentor and scale the site acquisition team.
