Job summary

Arrowhead Engineered Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced SIOP Manager in the United States to coordinate sales, inventory and operations planning, aligning product management, sales, marketing, operations and finance to forecast demand and ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead process development, collaborate with procurement and warehousing, analyze market trends, manage data quality for MRP masters, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing and managing SIOP processes with demand planning and inventory optimization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams toward aligned goals.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform forecasting and decisions.
• Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the SIOP process for the organization.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, operations, and finance to forecast demand.
• Create and monitor inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and service levels.
• Define KPIs and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
