Job summary

Intuitive seeks analysts with strong analytical skills and manufacturing/supply chain experience to lead the SIOP planning process. You will drive demand and supply plans, partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance to create accurate forecasts, and support lifecycle planning for new products and obsolescence.

You will influence capacity modeling, inventory targets, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Planning, Regulatory, and Facilities teams to balance buffers and supply, while

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with experience in manufacturing or supply chain planning.
• Proven involvement in SIOP processes and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in cross-functional SIOP meetings to develop demand and supply plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance to forecast monthly/quarterly requirements.
• Partner with NPI/Engineering/Marketing to plan launches and EOL activities.
• Review and improve forecasting models to boost accuracy.
• Analyze historical shipments and consumption for segmentation-based adjustments.
• Manage safety stock and regional inventory targets.
