Job summary

Moonshot is seeking a Sr SIOP Leader to architect and drive the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process across the organization. You will align demand with supply capacity, optimize working capital and enable profitable growth through robust forecasting and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in SIOP, Supply Chain, Operations, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, or Program Management.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise SIOP process across all business functions.
• Develop planning strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Facilitate monthly executive SIOP reviews and recommend actions to address demand, capacity, inventory, and supply risks.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Service teams to develop accurate forecasts.
• Balance customer demand against manufacturing, labor, vendor, and service capacity.
• Establish inventory strategies that optimize working capital while meeting customer service objectives.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, PMO, Warranty, Service, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting while driving continuous improvement.
