Job summary

Asset Based Lending, LLC seeks a Head of Servicing to lead the Servicing Department during a major in-house platform transition to Salesforce-based systems. You will oversee loan servicing operations, portfolio management, borrower relations, and regulatory compliance to ensure seamless service, data integrity, and scalable growth.

A strategic leader will drive process improvements and set KPIs for ongoing excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading loan servicing, portfolio management or related roles.
• Experience managing servicing transfers or portfolio conversions.
• Hands-on experience building/implementing a servicing platform, Salesforce a plus.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and risk management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead loan servicing team to ensure accurate payment processing and escrow management.
• Develop policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, payoff processing, and servicing operations.
• Monitor portfolio performance and mitigate risks.
• Drive technology adoption to improve servicing efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments for system integration.
