Job summary

Leverage Companies in Newark, NJ, is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to lead the launch and ongoing development of Brick City Capital’s in-house servicing platform. You will transition loan servicing from external partners to a borrower-first, internally managed operation.

As founding member of the servicing team, you will build the department’s backbone, oversee tasks, vendor relations, borrower communications, and investor reporting, while driving servicing toward profitability and scalable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, DSCR, non-QM, or business-purpose lending.
• Experience building in-house servicing functions and managing vendor-driven models.
• Knowledge of escrow, collections, payoff, and investor remittance workflows.
• Experience integrating servicing tech stacks with CRM/LOS systems.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable servicing operations for DSCR and business-purpose loans.
• Transition note buyers to in-house servicing and manage vendors.
• Own SOPs for onboarding, escrow, payoffs, and remittance processes.
• Lead borrower inquiries, ensure compliance, and report to investors.
