Crimson Education seeks a Head of Service for Crimson Rise to operationalize a global education service for 500+ students. You’ll design KPIs, onboarding, and training, while leading a distributed team of strategists, tutors, and operations staff.

The role requires a track record of building strong operational processes and managing senior stakeholders. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Product and collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure VIP-level service and

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a Top 20 US or UK university.
• 5+ years of professional experience with people management.
• Experience building operational systems from scratch or improving them.
• Experience in a client-facing service role with high expectations.

Responsabilités

• Build and own scalable operational infrastructure for Rise.
• Translate product vision into KPIs, onboarding, and training curriculums.
• Lead, develop, and manage a globally distributed Rise team.
• Personally deliver service to VIP students and manage complex cross-functional relationships.
• Drive implementation of product iterations and ensure market-aligned service delivery.
