Job summary

Crimson Education's Rise division seeks a Head of Service to translate product vision into scalable operations. You will design KPIs, onboarding systems, training curricula, and the tech infra to support 500+ students worldwide, leading a distributed team of Strategists, Team Leads, and Tutors.

You will report to Senior Director, Product, collaborate with sales, Rise marketing, and Crimson Core, and drive high-impact outcomes while maintaining VIP service standards for top students.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a Top 20 US or UK university.
• 5+ years professional experience with people management responsibility.
• Experience building operational systems from scratch or improving existing ones.
• Experience in client-facing service with high-expectation clients or families.
• Admissions or educational consulting experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and own scalable operational infrastructure for Rise.
• Drive implementation of product iterations and onboarding.
• Manage VIP student portfolio and deliver high-quality service.
• Lead and develop Rise leadership across regions.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships with sales, Crimson Core, and other service teams.
