Job summary

Crimson Education is seeking a Head of Service for Crimson Rise to translate product vision into scalable operational systems across a globally distributed team. You will own KPIs, onboarding, training curricula, and escalation management while delivering top-tier service to a high-value student portfolio.

You will report to the Senior Director of Product and collaborate with Rise leadership, Crimson Core, and enrichment services to align strategy, delivery, and student outcomes in a remote

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a Top 20 US or UK university.
• 5+ years professional experience with demonstrated people management responsibility.
• Proven track record of building operational systems from scratch or significantly improving existing ones.
• Experience in a client-facing service role with high-expectations clients or families.
• Ability to personally deliver Crimson Rise (education consulting) at the highest standard or have a credible plan to develop this skill rapidly.
• Admissions, educational consulting, or academic instructional experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the operational infrastructure that enables Rise to run at scale.
• Drive implementation of current and upcoming Rise product iterations.
• Manage revenue retention for current and graduating Rise students.
• Lead, develop, and manage the Rise leadership team and strategy globally.
• Personally deliver outstanding service to a small portfolio of VIP students.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners: sales, operations, Crimson Core, and related services to ensure cohesive delivery.
