Job summary

Crimson Education seeks a Head of Service for Crimson Rise to translate product vision into scalable operations serving 500+ students globally. You will own KPIs, onboarding, training, and tooling while leading a distributed team across regions.

You will report to the Senior Director, Product and manage Team Leads, Strategists, and tutors, ensuring VIP-level service and strong cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a Top 20 US or UK university.
• 5+ years professional experience with people management.
• Proven track record of building operational systems from scratch or significantly improving them.
• Experience in a client-facing service role with high-expectation clients or families.
• Ability to deliver Crimson Rise at the highest standard; or a credible plan to develop this skill rapidly.
• Admissions, educational consulting, or academic instructional experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Building and owning the operational infrastructure that allows Rise to run at scale.
• Driving implementation of current and upcoming Rise product iterations.
• Revenue retention for current and graduating Rise students.
• Leading, developing, and managing the Rise leadership team and strategy globally.
• Personally delivering outstanding service to a small portfolio of VIP students.
• Maintaining cross-functional relationships with sales, operations, and Crimson Core/Crumson Honors teams.
• Translating product vision into operational systems, KPIs, onboarding frameworks, and training curricula.
