Job summary

Crimson Education seeks a Head of Service to translate Rise’s product vision into scalable, high-impact operations. You will design KPIs, training frameworks, onboarding systems, and support structures for a globally distributed team serving 500+ students.

You will report to the Senior Director, Product, and manage 15+ Team Leads and 200+ tutors, collaborating with sales, competitions, and enrichment services to ensure exemplary student outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience with people management responsibility.
• Proven track record of building operational systems from scratch or significantly improving existing ones.
• Experience in a client-facing service role with high-expectations clients or families.
• Ability to deliver Crimson Rise at the highest standard or have a credible plan to develop this skill rapidly.
• Admissions or educational consulting experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the operational infrastructure that allows Rise to run at scale.
• Drive implementation of current and upcoming Rise product iterations.
• Retain revenue for current and graduating Rise students.
• Lead, develop, and manage the Rise leadership team globally.
• Personally deliver outstanding service to a VIP student portfolio.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with sales, operations, and Crimson Core.
