Job summary

US Signal Company, L.L.C. is seeking a Director of Service Delivery & Project Management to lead the customer delivery function, owning the end-to-end order-to-activation lifecycle and delivering a scalable, high-quality service experience.

The role partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align delivery with business goals, optimize throughput, and improve customer outcomes while balancing cost, timing, and capacity constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ years in technical service delivery or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing managers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Own the full order-to-activation lifecycle across service lines.
• Lead Delivery Network Engineering, Project Management, and Order Administration teams.
• Drive automation, tooling, and process improvements to scale delivery.
