Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in security, loss prevention, or related field

• Leading emergency response planning and implementation
• Investigating incidents and reporting findings to senior leadership
• Conducting risk assessments and identifying safety hazards
• Attending operational meetings to anticipate security needs tied to group activity
• Managing claims and incident documentation with claims services

Responsibilities

• Manage Security/Loss Prevention Operations
• Develop and implement emergency procedures
• Conduct investigations of all losses and refer to management for disposition
• Deploy security staff to monitor and protect property assets
• Handle complaints and resolve disputes professionally
• Identify safety hazards and recommend mitigations
• Provide timely access to medical attention when needed
• Communicate safety procedures to executives and staff
• Coach and mentor team members
• Complete documentation and reports of incidents
