Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations at the Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa in Tucson. You will lead a team to ensure guest satisfaction, accuracy in billing, and smooth check-in/check-out experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in front desk roles, with prior supervisory experience and familiarity with PMS systems and reservation platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front desk operations experience in hospitality.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and reservation platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and guest services.
• Lead and mentor front desk staff; manage shift schedules and cash handling.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in training new employees and implementing new processes.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments.
• Answer phones, handle room reservations, bell services and baggage storage.
• Assist with special amenities and in-room decor for occasions.
• Support management with new technology enhancements.
